Event Description:
Looking for other environmentally-conscious folks, or just curious what all the fuss is about? Come join us at one of our monthly Eco-Mixers. The topic will be our upcoming election and conservation/environment. All 10 Local candidates for city council, mayor, and county judge will be giving us their views on conservation, ecological issues, and solutions for Fredericksburg and Gillespie Country. We will not be discussing the controversy surrounding the placement of the LCRA wind energy transmission lines. Bjorn Kirchdorfer, president of FBG CARES, will serve as moderator. Green Living for the Hill Country is an eco-consulting firm that evaluates and educates individuals and businesses on environmentally friendly living and work practices.
