The Fredericksburg Chamber of Commerce hosts a number of activities throughout the year to help in membership networking and introducing new members to the community. Among the many programs and organizations the Chamber is involved in include:

• Our Fredericksburg Chamber Ambassadors will help you open your doors to your business with a ribbon-cutting and welcome to the community. Just call our office at 830-997-6523 to schedule a grand opening.
• The Chamber also sponsors networking opportunities to allow for interaction with your fellow members. Our Chamber mixers are called "Fun After Five” with hors d'oeuvres and beverages served between 5:30 and 7p.m. with a commercial break to introduce the sponsors.
• The Chamber also sponsors and co-sponsors educational seminars with other organizations to bring you valuable information for your business.
• You can help promote your service or product by being a sponsor of our Chamber “Coffee Bar.” Fresh coffee is available in the Chamber lobby adjacent to the public-access computers at no cost to our visitors.
• Our Chamber Banquet and Awards Dinner, normally held each March, is a celebration honoring outstanding men and women of the community for both their business success as well as their contributions to the community. A dinner and silent auction makes it a fun spring affair.
• Every October the Fredericksburg Chamber staff and Board of Directors host an “Appreciation Supper” on Market Square. The hamburger get-together is our way of saying thank you for the tremendous support you have given the Chamber and the community.
• The Chamber also sponsors two festivals each year that are a big part of the community. Night in Old Fredericksburg is over 40 years old and held every year on the third weekend of July. Weihnachten in Fredericksburg is our Christmas parade and festival held the first weekend of December each year.
• The Chamber sponsors Leadership Gillespie County, a program designed to help Chamber members become educated on their community.
• The Chamber also publishes a membership magazine and map of Fredericksburg and Gillespie County.
