The Fredericksburg Chamber of Commerce will be helping to sponsor the City of Fredericksburg Water Forum on Thursday, January 10 from 6-8 p.m. at the Hill Country University Center, located at 2818 E. Highway 290.
The speaker panel will include State Representative Doug Miller; Andrew Sansom, Executive Director of the Meadows Center for Water and Environment at Texas State University; Raymond M. Slade, Jr., a former hydrologist for the U.S. Geological Survey; Joe Beal, former General Manager of the Lower Colorado River Authority and Paul Tybor, Manager of the Hill Country Underground Water Conservation District.
The forum is free and open to anyone who would like to attend. Other sponsors assisting the City of Fredericksburg include Gillespie County Economic Development Commission, Gillespie County and Hill Country University Center.
