The Fredericksburg Convention & Visitor Bureau is a
member of the National Tour Association and the
American Bus Association. We can offer professional
assistance with itinerary planning for your visit. We
offer several helpful publications for package travel
planners such as a “Group Tour Planner” manual, an

The City of Fredericksburg has designated multiple
loading and unloading zones specifically for motor
coaches as well as long-term parking areas at the new
Visitor Information Center (VIC), located at 302 East
Austin Street. The VIC offers large public restrooms
and a 46-seat theater showing a nine-minute “Welcome
to Fredericksburg” DVD.
