CURRENT EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY
Receptionist/Administrative Assistant Full-Time or Part-Time
General Duties Include:

Warmly greet visitors to our office and direct them appropriately

Answer and route calls, accurately take messages and maintain office phone system

Learn about the community, maintain answers to frequently asked questions and find answers to less common inquiries

Stock reception area with Chamber member materials and keep tidy
-
Assemble various information packets and maintain necessary supplies
-
Use the Internet and phone to research member and visitor inquiries
-
Perform updates to the Chamber’s website and related membership databases
-
Receive and process daily incoming and outgoing mail
-
Run routine office errands
-
Provide general clerical support, including proof-reading, filing, maintaining adequate supplies

Managing meeting space reservations
-
Set up meeting room for meetings
-
Ensure public areas are always clean and tidy
Qualifications:
-
Authentic desire to help people

General computer literacy and experience in using Microsoft Office software, Google and Wix website programs

Proficient in use of Internet and ability to learn Internet-based software applications
-
Professional and accurate communication skills – both in speaking and writing
-
Professional, tidy appearance
-
Able to sit/stand for periods of time and lift up to 30 lbs
-
Reliable transportation that can be used for business errands
-
Able to work in an office and grounds that are non-smoking

$15/hr
