Only in Fredericksburg since 1994. We are the oldest brewpub in Texas, and have been proclaimed by numerous publications, as the "Best in Texas". The biergarten in the back is perfect for private functions. Also available are 12 "bed and brew" rooms above the restaurant. The restaurant features award winning fresh ales and lagers brewed on-site, with seasonal specialty brews and German style lagers. Our brewing equipment is in full view of all tables in the restaurant. Come and enjoy a craft brewed beer and some of our fresh, flavorful food. Hours are Monday - Thursday 11:30am – 9:00pm, Friday & Saturday 11:00am – 10:00pm and Sunday 11:30am – 7:00pm.
