Busy Bee Business Center is Fredericksburg's friendly one-stop shop for shipping, mailing, printing, and business services. Locally owned and operated, we proudly offer UPS, FedEx, and USPS shipping options along with notary services, private mailboxes, printing, scanning, faxing, and more. We’re a small but mighty team, committed to making every customer interaction helpful, warm, and efficient.

Role Overview
We’re looking for a customer-focused, detail-oriented team player to join our hive! As a Customer Service Associate, you'll assist walk-in customers and online clients with their shipping, printing, and notary needs. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys solving problems with a smile.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with shipping, packaging, and printing needs
- Operate printers, copiers, scanners, and fax machines
- Handle document services including printing, copying, laminating, and scanning
- Respond to online and email print orders with professionalism and care
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages
- Notarize documents (training/certification can be done once hired)
- Keep the store organized, clean, and running smoothly
- Lift and carry packages (up to ~50 lbs occasionally)
- Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent customer experiences

- Comfortable with technology, printers, and basic email communication
- Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and willingness to learn
- Team player who takes pride in their work
- Must be willing to obtain Notary Public certification (cost for certification and training will be covered)
