Within the Nature Center's ten acres you will find 11 distinct habitats, among them: Post Oak savannah; Wetland; Riparian; Old growth Live Oak woods; Native Texas prairie; Cedar brake; Lake aquatics; Mud flats; Lake islands; Springs and seeps.
