The Hill Country Memorial Wellness Center’s registered dietitians offer nutritional counseling on food and portion decision-making, meal and menu planning, cooking techniques, label reading, and goal-setting. A doctor’s order is not required for nutritional counseling, and appointments can be made throughout the week.
