The school features regularly scheduled two-hour classes for visitors and locals focusing of the cuisines of Texas, Germany and Tuscany, plus a Sunday class devoted to brunch. Private classes for groups can also be arranged. All classes will be full meals with wine. All are taught in our dramatically renovated space, with views of lake and peach orchard, at the back of the historic Das Peach Haus.
