Alamo Hospice is local end -of-life care focusing on well-being, comfort and designing an experience that is meaningful to all involved. Our mission is to ensure that no-one dies alone, afraid or in pain.
We at Ave Maria Hospice believe in compassionate care together with God’s healing grace for persons nearing the end of life. Providing tender care, we seek to relieve pain and ease suffering physically, emotionally and spiritually for our patients and their families. Our concentration is not on cure, but on comfort, compassion, competence, respect and privacy. We consider it an honor and privilege to serve others as they transition into the arms of a merciful Lord. We reverently embrace God’s healing spirit accepting the dignity of death, loving and supporting those we serve.
The votive candle has long represented the sincere spiritual offering. Humility is inherent in this tradition, as this ritual takes place between servant and Creator. Similarly, as your humble servants, we at Votive Hospice endeavor to provide for you. Votive Hospice is a vow offered, and if you choose, a vow delivered. Votive is founded and led by Fredericksburg natives whom possess over a half-century of service to the elderly. Family owned. Family operated. Joint Commission accredited and certified.
