Responsibilities:
•Assist residents with all aspects of activities of daily living.
•Promptly and courteously answers call lights to determine residents' needs.
•Transport residents and assist residents to walk.
•Make beds and handle all linen in an appropriate manner to prevent the spread of infections.
•Takes and records vital signs, weights, and food and fluid intake and output, as directed.
Qualifications:
•Must be certified as a nursing assistant, by the department of Health, within four months of date of hire.
•Previous nursing facility experience preferred.
