Job Description

Hill Country Refrigeration Services is looking for a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude to join our growing and dedicated Customer Support team. The Customer Service Representative is paid hourly plus opportunity for spiffs and commissions.

What you will do:

Manage incoming calls from customers.
Schedule and manage customer estimates.
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve full satisfaction of work provided.
Manage customer and technician schedules.
Renew and manage maintenance agreements.
Build relationships with customers and provide top-level service and support.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer needs, requests, and tasks performed.
Appropriately handle and de-escalate customer complaints and concerns.

Who you are:

1-5 years of call center or customer support experience preferred
Valid driver’s license with clean motor vehicle record
Experience with MS Office products preferred
Experience with Service Titan preferred
