Office Administrator for fun, creative, local company
Mustard Architects is seeking a self-motivated, organized team member who loves a variable-task-oriented day as this position wears many hats! Reporting weekly to the Mustard Architects partners, the office administrator provides assistance and oversight to a very busy architecture staff and Business Manager.
Typical duties include, but not limited to:
Greeting clients, handling and processing in-coming phone calls and office walk-ins and inquiries, managing correspondence including mail, developing and maintaining filing systems, organizing meetings, scheduling appointments, arranging and organizing monthly Continuing Education sessions. Basic office housekeeping, oversight and purchasing of office, breakroom and restroom supply and maintaining office equipment and systems. Annual research and maintenance of all company insurances
including our Group Medical and Professional Liability policies. Human Resource contact, including fielding and handling of HR related staff issues and on-boarding of new employees. Coordination of annual staff review process.
The prospective candidate should have a willing and helpful attitude, good decision-making and problem solving skills, good written and verbal communication abilities and great attention to detail. Experience
with Excel, social media marketing, IT computer and software expertise is highly desirable.
Full or Part Time (minimum 30 hours)
