Job Description
As a Welder’s Helper, you will be responsible for assisting our manufacturing team with converting shipping containers into usable portable buildings for the US military. Welding experience is not required for this entry level position.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Cut metal by taking measurements from welders and using an automated band saw and chop saw to cut square tubing, c-channel, and angle
Learn from senior welders how to build our frequently ordered products (carts, racks, and shipping container frames)
Grind down welds and prep metal for paint
Paint products in a paint booth using an airless spray gun
Assist the team with other duties and projects as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
Heavy duty metal cutting equipment
Angle grinders
Painting (gun, roller, brush)
Paint prep
Welding and metal fabricating
