MTX Beef is a Texas Hill Country Locally owned and operated beef processing facility. We supply high quality beef products for commercial businesses such as markets, restaurants, government contracts and more. We utilize our quality cattle breeds to provide custom wholes and halves to the public, as well as retail shipments, deliveries and pick-ups. We will have opportunities to work with ranchers and producers and offer custom slaughtering services. MTX raises, feeds and processes all their cattle right here in the Texas Hill Country!
